This suite of programs delivers an innovative approach to many of the issues we face as a community in Australia.
With the growing need to better support and resource our first responders in Australia, Lifeline Canberra will commence delivery of a ground-breaking suite of programs undertaken by 85% of Canadian first responders with incredible outcomes.

These programs have been delivered in Canada, to over 90,000 first responders with research findings showing enormous impacts in the areas of resilience, stigma reduction and barriers to care. The program is highly preventative, combining self-awareness with problem solving and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapies).
