Our Telephone Crisis Support Volunteers are essential in making a difference to the lives of Canberrans who use the Lifeline services.
Each day our trained volunteers take almost 100 calls from people from all walks of life. Despite our best efforts, we lose one Canberran to suicide every week. We believe this is preventable. Becoming a volunteer will save lives and you’ll enrich your own life too.
Come to an information session or visit our website about Crisis Support Workplace Training (CSWT)
